A dynamic pass box is fitted between classified and non-classified areas. Material is passed through vertically HEPA filtered air
Air showers are specialized enclosed antechambers which are incorporated as entryways of cleanrooms and other controlled environments to reduce particle contamination. Air showers utilize high-pressure, HEPA- or ULPA-filtered air to remove dust, fibrous lint and other contaminants from personnel or object surfaces.
Laminar air flow systems are typically employed across 80% of a cleanroom ceiling to maintain constant air processing. Stainless steel or other non shedding materials are used to construct laminar air flow filters and hoods to prevent excess particles entering the air.
User requirements should be considered when deciding on the specific design of a system or equipment
To lay down the design philosophy of the system viz. Class, Temperature, RH conditions of the rooms.
DQ document should contain detailed design calculations, general arrangement schematic, internal component details depicting material of construction details and ratings.
To demonstrate that the system installed in building confirm to the purchase/ design specifications.

PQ can be performed in three stages.
At-rest” (equipped but no operations and no personnel).
Operational” (with personnel, equipment operations)
A specially constructed area employing high quality air from HVAC system with controlled environmental factors such as humidity, temperature, particle and microorganism.
It also has high quality room surfaces finishes that are smooth easily cleanable and non-shedding.
